CANCELING:
Customers can cancel their orders for free within 6 hours of placing the order and receive a full refund. Once the order is being processed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel your order within the specified time frame, please reach out to us immediately at Support@OrthoFanatic.com.
REFUNDS:
We offer a hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee. If any product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong size is shipped to you, we provide a 100% money back guarantee. Simply inform us, provide pictures, and we will either send you a new pair or issue an instant refund. If you're not 100% satisfied within 30 days of receiving your product, contact us to initiate a return. All refund requests are processed through our Support Team, which you can reach by emailing Support@OrthoFanatic.com.
When a refund is requested, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges and/or discounts) will be refunded using the original payment method. This process takes approximately 5-7 business days after we receive the item. Please note that for security reasons, refunds cannot be issued to another credit/debit card.

RETURN/REFUND SHIPPING COSTS:
All refunds are processed for the full amount paid for the item ordered, but please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives in an unsatisfactory condition or is damaged upon arrival, we will promptly address the issue. To process this, we will require you to provide photos or videos of the issue through our Support Desk. Each case is unique, and depending on the circumstances and severity of the damage, we may offer a replacement order/exchange or a full refund. This is determined at the discretion of our Management Team. Please also note that slight color/shade disparities may occur between the colors of our items on different platforms (e.g., mobile/tablet) due to tint and contrast differences, and we strive to accurately showcase all our products on our website.
ADDRESS ERRORS:
Please double-check your address when entering your details on our contact information page. If you've entered the wrong address, moved, or need to change a product size/color/style after your order has been shipped and you've received your shipping confirmation, we will likely be unable to accommodate your request or offer a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake or error so we can coordinate with the warehouse.
MARKED AS DELIVERED:
If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., USPS/Canada Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not actually arrived, you must contact the local post office and obtain a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. Afterward, we will make efforts to resend a replacement order to you. The decision to issue a refund in this specific scenario is at the discretion of OrthoFanatic and may not be possible.

DELAYED ORDERS:
Please note that we strive to deliver all orders within the timeframe specified on our shipping information page. However, occasional delays may occur. While we understand the frustration this can cause, we cannot cancel/refund orders that are trackable and still in transit. However, if an item is genuinely misplaced or significantly delayed, we are fully committed to resolving the situation on a case-by-case basis. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS VIA CREDIT CARD:
If you haven't received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
